The payment supported Credit and Debit cards (Visas, Masters & American Express). By using the payment method, you agreed our business partner’s Privacy Policy.

We do not collect cash from you for all online orders.

 

HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION?

We engaged a third party local website development & maintenance company to handle our website related services, which included your personal information, and it was encrypted and stored in local server. Our third party development company has no rights to access and share your personal information.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RIGHT?

Your personal information is provided by you and are responsible to the accuracy of your personal information. You may update your personal information if there is any changes. You have the right to request us to remove your personal information or unsubscribe as a user in our account.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We defined a user’s status as Inactive, if the user has not logged into our web portal more than 12 months. We will monitor those inactive accounts in our database. If those users is not login for more than 12 months. We will remove it from our database by a calendar year.

A 12-months duration is stipulated to determine whether it is an inactive account, as they might have unutilized coupons, points or vouchers in our web portal, which applies our terms and conditions. To avoid infringe the user rights to use their voucher, points or coupons, we have graced a 12-months period and we will send a notification via SMS notification.

However, you may still able to contact us in anytime if you wish to remove your personal information from us.
