Where is the region of delivery?

We deliver within mainland in Singapore, excluded the island surrounding, P.O Box address.

What is the time slot available for delivery?

Daily except Sunday & Monday , from 7a.m. to 7p.m.

Is there any cut off time and the delivery schedule?

Your order will be cut-off on every day 6.00 p.m., the delivery will be on the following day. You will be informed when the delivery is scheduled.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order of $60 applies to all orders. For deliveries less than $60, there will be a surcharge of $8 per delivery.

Can the delivery surcharge be considered as part of the minimum order amount?

No. The $60 minimum order amount is referred to the seafood order.

Can I change / reschedule the delivery?

No. However, you may contact us by the same day before 12.00 a.m. for further arrangement.

How do I cancel and amend my order?

Please contact our customer services. As we have provided freshly seafood, and all order will be processed immediately during our operation hour.

Why my order still pending for delivery?

As any further request / remark on the order, we will process your order after you confirmed.

Is self-collection available?

Yes. You may opt for self-collection at our Jurong fishery port. However, the fishery port is currently not open for public at the moment.

Products

Do I need to be present to receive the seafood?

As the seafood is chilled or frozen, we strongly recommend you to keep the seafood in refrigerator, immediate after received it. Alternatively, we may place it at your doorstep as the packing will keep at chill temperature up to four hours.

What if I received the seafood less than the weight as stated?

Frozen seafood might lose some weight after defrost. While the weight of fresh seafood may vary due to the thickness we cut or the each pieces of prawn / shell has different weight. We will maintain 95% of the weight stated.

What if the number of pieces of seafood I received is different from the picture shown?

In order to maintain the weight stated, we will cut fish (e.g.: stingray, salmon & etc.) and adjusted to match the weight. If you have specific request for the order, you have to remark when placing an order, or you have to contact us after placed your order.
